Mugi Miso Barley 300 g

Mugi Miso of Barley from La Finestra Sul Cielo, ideal for preparing soups, sauces and various condiments. The high proportion of barley, the steam cooking of soybeans and the maturation of approximately one year duration of soybeans, salts and cereals carried out in large vats of cedar, give this food an unmistakable and delicate flavor. It is recommended to add soups and vegetables without boiling at the end of cooking. To create a delicious sauce perfect to combine with cooked vegetables and salads, take a tablespoon of Miso, 3 tablespoons of tahin and a little rice vinegar or lemon and mix. Miso is already a salty food so it is not necessary to add salt in the dishes made with this food. Keep in a cool and dry place. Once opened keep in refrigerator. Contains gluten and soy.
