Modbus RTU 8-Channel Relay Controller

An industrial-grade 8-channel relay controller operating at DC 24V, communicating via RS485 using Modbus RTU protocol. Current draw ranges from 13mA (standby) to 225mA (all 8 relays on). Eight photoelectrically isolated NPN inputs respond to low-level signals and support configurable association with outputs. Six functional modes — open, close, jog, self-lock, interlock, and delay — are accessible via Modbus or serial AT commands. Delay function supports up to 255 seconds. Modbus implementation covers function codes 03 (read), 06 (write single), and 16 (write multiple). Baud rate is selectable (2400/4800/9600/19200 bps) via jumper. Each relay switches 10A at 250VAC, 125VAC, 30VDC, 28VDC, or 12VDC. Housed in a green VO-grade ABS case (140 × 88 × 42 mm), it mounts on DIN35 or C45 rails, fits UM72-width (72 cm) panels, and supports 136 cm base plates. Package includes one 8-in/8-out RS485 controller module only.
