Milk Thistle from Physalis is a plant-based food supplement. Physalis Milk Thistle contains 500 mg of superior milk thistle extract, standardized to 80% silymarin. Milk thistle, which supports the cleansing and detoxifying function of the liver, is particularly indicated to accompany a cleansing diet. Milk thistle contributes to the protection of (liver) cells and favors a good metabolism of sugars. To stimulate the purification of the organism: opt for a balanced diet avoiding foods rich in fats and sugars whenever possible, avoid alcohol and coffee. Drink 2 liters of water daily. 1 tablet daily. Take during meals, with a little water. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
