A purpose-built magnetic leveling tool for planer and jointer blade setup, made from durable high-strength, high-hardness metal. Its compact yet robust build houses two independently adjustable heavy-duty magnets capable of holding blades up to 20 inches long — ensuring firm contact during alignment. The tool’s ergonomic form factor allows one-handed placement and intuitive height adjustment without disassembly. It works seamlessly with all standard planers, jointers, and planer/thicknesser combinations available in the UK market, accepting cutterhead diameters from 75 mm to 125 mm. With 22 mm of total travel and 0.15 mm fine increments, it supports highly accurate knife projection settings. Supplied with two magnetic-frame calibrators, each attaches instantly to ferrous cutterheads — enabling quick swaps between knives and eliminating reliance on external fixtures or adhesives.
