Magnetic 14-Bit Rotary Position Sensor

This AS5048A sensor module provides high-resolution absolute angular measurement using contactless magnetic technology. It achieves 14-bit resolution (16,384 positions per revolution) with 0.0219° step accuracy. Interfaces include SPI, I²C, and PWM — allowing direct connection to MCUs, PLCs, or analog controllers. Engineered for tolerance: functions reliably despite magnet center offset, air gap variation, and ambient temperatures from -40°C to +150°C. Zero position is user-defined via SPI or I²C and retained in internal memory. Manufactured on FR-4 PCB; supplied as single sensor unit without magnet or accessories.
