M20x1.5 Straight Flute HSS Tap Kit

Kit containing two M20x1.5 high speed steel straight flute taps for metric threading. Built to ISO 2857 specifications with 0.014 mm thread tolerance. Intended for through-hole use but engineered to support full-depth threading in blind holes via staged operation. Includes a head tap with minimal front chamfer for alignment and initiation, and a second tap with increased chamfer length for thread completion, smoothing and deburring. Suitable for use in thick steel, aluminium, copper, rubber and wood. Straight slot design allows secure grip with standard UK tap wrenches.
