Leathercraft Tapered Dyeing Dauber

A purpose-built 8 cm foam dauber for leather artisans, featuring a tapered profile: 3 cm at the narrow end, expanding to 5.3 cm at the broad end, with consistent 2 cm thickness. Constructed from high-density foam and supplied factory-moistened in sealed plastic packaging. Optimised for dyeing, casing, and painting applications on leather and paper, it minimises streaking far better than conventional brushes. To preserve its functional softness, keep stored moist inside a clean, airtight plastic bag. Should drying occur, the foam stiffens noticeably — restore usability by soaking in warm water until fully saturated through the core; avoid mechanical stress before full rehydration.
