Large 2-Piece Onigiri Triangle Mold

Includes two identical triangle-shaped rice ball moulds (22 × 33 cm) and one small rice paddle. All components are made from thick, food-safe plastic built for longevity. The internal surface and pressing plate feature a fine bumpy texture designed specifically to prevent rice from adhering during shaping. Cleaning is straightforward: wipe with a damp cloth or place in the dishwasher. Its low-profile, flat design takes up minimal cupboard or drawer space. Ideal for crafting traditional Japanese onigiri — place nori on the base, add rice and fillings like pork floss, luncheon meat, seaweed crumbs or corn niblets, press down evenly, lift off the mould, then wrap nori tightly around the formed triangle.
