Vegan yogurts, made with vegetable milk. For a strictly vegan yoghurt, you can use the vegan yoghurt starter. Yogurts made in 24 hours: the Specific Carbohydrates diet or SCD (The Specif Carbohydrate Diet) and the psycho-intestinal syndrome diet or GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) recommend yogurts that are incubated for 24 hours and at a constant temperature, so that lactose decreases and the amount of beneficial bacteria increases. How to make yogurt in the Rommelsbacher yogurt maker Heat milk below boiling point. Allow to cool to 40 ºC or the temperature indicated for each ferment. Add the chosen ferment and mix. Distribute the mixture in the ceramic jars and place the lid. Press the vacuum button on the lid of each jar. Place the closed jars on the base of the yogurt maker. Press ON button. Select the desired time, being able to set up to 24 hours. Once the fermentation time is over, remove the outer lid and the glass jars. Check the texture of the yogurt, if it is the desired one, cover again and refrigerate for 8 hours or more. If you prefer a denser texture, leave it to ferment for a little longer.
