Exopharm Instant Melatonin is a food supplement that helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and reduce the effects of jet lag. Presented in tablets to be sucked which melt under the tongue, easy to use, it allows a quick and immediate setting. Sugar free, sweetened with a vanilla flavor. It is advisable to let one tablet melt in the mouth per day 30 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Not recommended for children, adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding women, as well as people with epilepsy. Not recommended if you are taking an antidepressant at the same time. Due to the risk of drowsiness, it is recommended that you do not drive a vehicle or handle machine tools within hours of taking this product. Seek the advice of your doctor and / or pharmacist. Keep away from heat.
