Hot-Melt Pipe Water Stopper Kit

This universal hot-melt water stop pin kit supports safe, dry welding of pressurised water pipes without draining the system. It contains three stopper sizes (1/2 inch, 3/4 inch and 1 inch), a release pin, a T-wrench and one spare rubber boot. The stainless steel core ensures structural rigidity under pressure, while the elastomeric boot creates a tight seal inside the pipe bore. Installation involves angling the stopper into the pipe, turning with the T-wrench until fully seated, performing the heat fusion weld, then extracting it cleanly with the release pin. Its compact, lightweight build makes it ideal for plumbers and contractors carrying multiple tools on site. Engineered for seamless integration into concrete-penetrating installations, it prevents leaks during joint formation.
