Homebrew Crown Cap Sealer Lever Tool

Overall size: 40 cm length × 6.5 cm width × 12.5 cm height. Made from robust plastic housing and precision-machined metal capping jaws. Colour scheme: red handles with silver metal actuation components. Central magnetic feature measures 3.5 cm in length and retains standard 26mm crown caps prior to sealing. Intended solely for crown-cap closure on smooth, non-threaded glass bottles — including UK-standard lager bottles, imported US craft bottles, and European soft drink containers. The tool operates via a compound lever system: opening the handles positions the cap; closing them triggers simultaneous axial compression and circumferential crimping. This dual-motion approach ensures full skirt contact with the bottle rim — critical for maintaining carbonation pressure in naturally conditioned ales and lagers. No batteries, no calibration, no learning curve beyond basic alignment. Designed for reliability over time: metal contact surfaces resist wear from repeated cap deformation, while the plastic frame absorbs minor impact and resists moisture exposure typical in homebrew environments.
