HMC472 is a broadband 6-bit digital attenuator, with an attenuation range of 0 to 31.5 dB, and a typical step error of 0.25 dB. 4. Adopt QFN surface mount package, use 5V single power supply, operating frequency range from DC to 3.8 GHz. 5. Insertion loss is less than 2.0 dB (typical value), and IIP3 is +54 dBm. (1) Operating frequency range: 1M~3.8GHz; (2) Maximum power of input signal: 20dBm (3) Attenuation factor and step length: The attenuation factor is 0~31.5dB, and length is 0.5dB.
