High Precision G1/2 Water Flow Sensor

This water flow sensor features a compact size of 6.1 × 3.4 cm and lightweight plastic valve housing with integrated water rotor subassembly and Hall effect sensor. It operates within a flow range of 1–30 L/min and supports maximum water pressure up to 1.75 MPa. The rotor shaft is made of stainless steel for enhanced wear resistance, and the sealing ring employs a dual-direction mechanical compression structure to prevent leakage. The Hall element is high-grade and fully potted with waterproof glue to block moisture ingress. Designed for installation at water heater inlets, it outputs a clean square wave signal (Red: IN+, Yellow: OUT, Black: GND-) proportional to flow rate — enabling precise real-time monitoring and system control. Compatible with G1/2 (DN15) pipe threads, outer thread diameter approx. 2 cm. Maximum operating water temperature: 120°C.
