This repair kit addresses failure of the internal metal contact within the switch, which may degrade over time and cause switch malfunction. Installation method: 1. Open the switch (release clamps on the sides). 2. Remove the old guide. 3. Insert the reinforced guide. 4. Reassemble the switch.
