Hands On Infant Acupressure Training Model

This hands-on infant acupressure training aid features a life-size, skin-textured PVC construction with clearly defined acupoints mapped to recognised infant meridian systems. It replicates realistic infant anatomy—including cranial sutures, fontanelle contours, and limb flexibility—supporting both visual and kinesthetic learning pathways. Modular options include full-body boy/girl models and focused foot/hand units, each sized to match typical UK newborn anthropometric data. Weight distribution (approx. 600g for full-body, 100g for extremities) mimics infant heft during cradling and repositioning drills. Surface markings are embedded—not printed—ensuring longevity across daily classroom use or weekly home practice. Compatible with standard UK infant massage syllabi including those endorsed by the International Federation of Professional Therapists (IFPA) and First Steps Nutrition Trust guidelines. No batteries, no electronics—just purpose-built physical fidelity to accelerate competence in safe, effective infant touch techniques.
