Green coffee is a new addition to our diets thanks to its high content of chlorogenic acid, a polyphenolic compound present in many fruits in very small quantities. Green coffee is one of the richest sources of chlorogenic acid and the roasting process of coffee beans reduces it, converting it into caffeic and quinic acid. Take 1 capsule twice a day, before breakfast and before lunch. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
