Weck canning jar of 580 ml. Weck canning jar with a capacity of 580 ml. This jar has a wide mouth, 10 cm in diameter, which allows easy filling. Due to its size, it is very appropriate both for packaging sauces, pickles, fruits in syrup, etc., but also for storing food, baking, freezing, etc. Store legumes, cereals, sugar, cocoa, spices, dehydrated foods, etc. Bake cupcakes, brownies, etc. in traditional oven or microwave (without the lid). Freeze using the glass, plastic or silicone lid: in this case, as in any other jar, we must be careful to leave a little free space to avoid breakage when the food expands when frozen. It is advisable to avoid sudden changes in temperature: if we have put the hot food in the jar, we must let it cool before putting it in the freezer. Transport dry food.
