Frame base includes integrated anti-slip ribs aligned with common UK countertop textures (granite, laminate, stainless steel). Use after hand-rolling or machine extrusion; hold noodles during final hydration adjustment; stage dried pasta before portioning into freezer bags; or fold and store beside pasta machines or flour bins — turning underutilised vertical space into functional workflow infrastructure.
