Foldable 60L EPP Insulated Carrier

Measuring 60 litres in volume and weighing just 1000g, this insulated food carrier is made entirely from expanded polypropylene (EPP), a lightweight yet highly resilient thermoplastic foam. Its integrated thermal barrier uses dense closed-cell insulation to limit conductive and convective heat exchange. The folding mechanism operates via reinforced hinge points that retain shape memory after hundreds of open/close cycles. Designed for repeated field use, it withstands incidental drops, gravel contact, and temperature swings from refrigerated storage to midday sun exposure. Suitable for daily commuting, weekend adventures, or event-based catering logistics — especially where space efficiency and weight matter, such as cycling to parks or packing into compact city vehicles.
