Apply contact cement (not included). Center the surround evenly as you place it on the cone. Press the inside of the surround to the cone using your thumb on top and index finger underneath the frame, working around the edge until fully adhered. Apply wood glue to the outer frame and press the surround down firmly. Reattach the gasket to the outer surround. Note: No retail packaging.
