Fluted Concrete Rubbing Brick 20 Grit

Size: ~12 × 8 × 4 cm (measured ±1–3 cm); material composition: high-density fluted silicone carbide abrasive segment fused to structural backing; handle: injection-moulded polypropylene, textured for grip and impact resistant; total unit weight: under 300 g for fatigue-free handling. Functionally, the brick delivers directional abrasion — flutes orient along the direction of motion to guide material removal and prevent lateral skidding. Ideal for flattening protruding aggregate in concrete floors, evening out trowel marks on screeds, and refining the surface profile of newly applied external wall renders before topcoating. Commonly used by plasterers, decorators, and builders preparing surfaces for silicone, mineral, or acrylic facade systems — particularly valuable where machine grinding is impractical (e.g., tight corners, around windows, or listed building constraints) and consistency of finish matters more than speed.
