Flexible Star Coupling Aluminium 16mm

Precision-machined plum flexible coupling crafted from corrosion-resistant aluminium alloy, featuring a 16 mm bore, 40 mm outer diameter, and 65 mm length. Designed for efficient torque transmission with built-in flexibility, it handles up to 9.5 Nm and rotates safely at speeds up to 6500 rpm. Its star-shaped profile allows controlled deflection under load while retaining high torsional stiffness—making it suitable for both high-dynamic and steady-state applications. Commonly integrated into UK-based OEM machinery, retrofit automation projects, and educational engineering labs due to its robustness, repeatability, and ease of validation.
