Fire-Safe Acoustic Foam Board Pack

12 fire-retardant acoustic foam boards (6 black, 6 white), each 30 × 30 × 2.5 cm, made from polyurethane. Total volume: 0.027 m³. Designed for sound absorption — not full soundproofing — these panels reduce airborne reflections in rooms under 30 m³. Their cellular architecture creates internal friction that converts sound energy into negligible thermal energy, lowering reverberation and flutter echo. Panels are installed using double-sided tape at five anchor points; spray glue provides enhanced hold on porous or cold surfaces. Post-vacuum expansion is reliably achieved by ambient airing (12–24 hrs) or water immersion (1 min, then wring and dry). Cleaning involves only light vacuuming — no solvents or abrasives needed. Compatible with UK domestic building standards for low-risk combustible materials when used as surface treatment.
