Fine Nylon Mesh Paint Strainer Cones

These 100-micron paint strainers are built for professionals who prioritise finish fidelity and workflow efficiency. Each cone is cut to approx. 16 x 9 cm (6.30 x 3.54 inches) and fabricated from a single-layer nylon mesh that has been gravity-aligned for optimal pore consistency and tensile resilience. The resulting filter is remarkably thin and pliable—yet robust enough to handle repeated solvent exposure and moderate pressure. It excels at removing micro-agglomerates from modern waterborne basecoats, metallic clears, and catalysed wood finishes—without introducing flow resistance or media breakdown. Widely adopted in UK-based collision centres, joinery workshops, and plant maintenance teams for its reliability, ease of disposal, and zero compromise on clarity.
