EVA Bench Block Adjustable Height

Crafted from resilient EVA foam, this bench press block delivers reliable, repeatable support for strength-focused pressing movements. Its dimensions are approximately 15 cm in length, 10 cm in width, and 5 cm in height (±1–3 cm tolerance), with a total weight of 280 grams. The block supports 2–5 usable height settings — not via hinges or mechanisms, but through stable, interlocking orientation options that maintain rigidity. Its closed-cell EVA composition ensures long-term shape retention and resistance to sweat absorption, while the matte surface texture improves grip against bench upholstery. Intended solely as a functional bench press aid, it helps lifters achieve better control over upper-back positioning without requiring additional equipment or setup time.
