This brushed DC motor speed controller measures 96 × 61 × 34 mm and weighs just 105g, featuring an embedded panel-mount design requiring a 92 × 56 mm cutout. It accepts DC input voltage from 6V to 60V — strictly aligned with the connected motor’s rated voltage — and delivers stable PWM-regulated output with up to 30A peak current and 20A continuous capacity. Speed is controlled via a high-fidelity digital encoder knob (360° rotation), with instantaneous feedback shown on the built-in digital percentage display (0–100%). Terminals are industrial-grade fence-type screws for secure, tool-tightened connections. Six user-configurable parameters — slow start time (0–10 s), slow stop time (0–10 s), minimum speed (0–80%), maximum speed (0–100%), acceleration/deceleration increment (1%, 2%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, or 25%), and PWM carrier frequency (1–100 kHz) — are stored permanently in memory. Operation is unified under one interface: short press starts/stops; long press (3 sec) opens settings; short presses scroll functions; rotation adjusts values; long press saves. Default frequency is 15 kHz. Commonly deployed in prototyping benches, automated gates, solar tracker drives, HVAC damper controls, and small-scale manufacturing tooling — anywhere precise, tactile, and maintenance-free speed management replaces unreliable rheostats or uncalibrated potentiometers.
