Elastic-Tension Vent Cover

Features concealed elastic rope integration for automatic tension adjustment across temperature shifts—ensuring snug, gap-free coverage on 12-inch and 20-inch turbine vents regardless of UK thermal expansion or contraction. Constructed from lightweight, waterproof Oxford cloth with verified sub-zero flexibility and UV resilience. Works with standard external support structures for stable, repeatable positioning. Reinforced with a heavy-duty ferrule and rugged tether to withstand repeated installation cycles and seasonal wind exposure. Protects vent internals from water ingress, ice bridging, and airborne debris—and helps reduce uncontrolled air leakage contributing to winter heating inefficiency. Deployed for defined operational windows: winter ventilation moderation, storm readiness (e.g., before Met Office amber alerts), and brief coverage during roof access or gutter clearance—preserving full turbine functionality upon removal.
