Educational Foam Bi-Plane Rubber Band Kit

A 32 x 41 x 5 cm (12.60 x 16.14 x 1.97 inches) bi-plane model made from closed-cell EPP foam, vulcanised rubber band, food-grade ABS plastic joints and FSC-certified beechwood frame. The 41 cm wingspan supports stable lift, while the low-profile fuselage keeps centre of gravity aligned. Assembly involves pressing pre-cut parts into matching slots — fully reversible and tool-free. Propulsion is generated by winding the rubber band around the propeller shaft; release initiates a short powered phase followed by a long, quiet glide lasting up to 60 seconds. Designed for repeatable experimentation in basic flight science.
