Each bag is sized at 30 x 40 cm (11.8 x 15.7 inches) and made exclusively from European-sourced flax linen and pure beeswax — no paraffin, no synthetics, no glues. Weight: ~65 g. The fabric’s tight weave combined with wax saturation yields a stable, non-sticky surface that grips gently without residue. It regulates internal humidity by permitting slow vapour diffusion — ideal for balancing sourdough’s hydration needs over 3–5 days. Works effectively at room temperature or refrigerated. Clean with cold water only if lightly soiled; deeper cleaning uses mild soap. Air-dry away from direct heat. Lifespan: 6–12 months. Also validated for storing sprouted lentils, roasted nuts, and fresh basil without aroma transfer.
