Dual-Pedal Pull Up Assistance Set

Product body: natural rubber core wrapped in tightly woven polyester fabric. Dimensions: individual bands approx. 18.5 cm × 4.8 cm (relaxed); elongation ratio ~300%. Weight: ~140 g per band. Complete kit contains three bands, one adjustable nylon cord (1.2 m max length), one 2-in-1 ankle strap (loop + D-ring configuration), and bilingual (EN/DE) user guide. Pedals are injection-moulded TPR with directional grip ridges. Buckles are stamped steel with smooth-action tongue mechanism. The 3-stage resistance architecture lets users scale assistance precisely: combine one band (75 lbs), two bands (150 lbs), or all three (225 lbs) — matching effort to current capability without overshooting or undersupporting. Emphasises time-under-tension control and negative-phase overload to accelerate neural adaptation and connective tissue resilience. Fits standard 32–50 mm diameter pull-up bars. Setup takes under 10 seconds — loop cord over bar, clip bands, step onto pedals. Storage bag included keeps components organised and prevents tangling. Tested across UK home gyms, CrossFit affiliates and physio-led strength clinics for consistent reliability.
