Dual MOSFET Timer Switch Module

PCB-based trigger cycle timer module measuring approx. 6.0 x 3.4 x 1.2 cm (2.4 x 1.3 x 0.5 in), designed for DC 5–36V operation. Features dual MOSFET parallel output with 15A continuous current rating (400W) at room temperature, extendable to 30A with auxiliary heat dissipation. Quiescent current is 15mA. Operates reliably from -40°C to +85°C. High-level trigger input (3.0–24V) with isolated or common ground configuration for enhanced noise immunity. Includes emergency STOP button, reverse polarity protection, and auto-sleep mode (display off after 5 min inactivity; wake via any key). Supports independent, power-loss-retained parameter settings for ON time (OP), OFF time (CL), and loop count (LOP). Commonly used to control DC motors, LED strips, solenoid valves, miniature water pumps, bulbs and other 5–36V DC loads.
