Dual BTS7960 43A H-Bridge Driver Module

Compact 4 x 5 x 1.2 cm PCB module built with dual BTS7960B high-power H-bridge ICs. Rated for 43A continuous current per channel and 5.5V–27V input voltage range. Constructed with thermal protection and over-current shutdown circuitry. Includes visible 5V power indicator LED and motor output voltage status indication. Equipped with R_IS and L_IS current sense outputs (compatible with MCU ADC), plus mounting holes for optional heat sink integration. Operates with 5V logic-level isolation — VCC and GND may be sourced directly from Arduino’s onboard regulator. Supports full bidirectional motor control (forward/reverse) and active braking using independent RPWM/LPWM inputs and R_EN/L_EN enable lines. Two configuration options reduce MCU pin count: Method 1 uses PWM on RPWM/LPWM with high-active enables; Method 2 uses PWM on R_EN/L_EN with static logic levels on RPWM/LPWM. Both require only four MCU connections (GND, 5V, PWM1, PWM2). PWM frequency compatibility up to 25 kHz ensures quiet, efficient motor operation. Designed specifically for Arduino-compatible smart car kits, differential-drive robots, and industrial DC motor control where durability and signal integrity are essential.
