Engineered specifically for engraving machines and light-duty CNC routers, this DSP-based controller delivers precise 3-axis (X/Y/Z) motion control with 0.001mm resolution and 1MHz pulse output. It includes 512MB internal memory, a 3-inch monochrome LCD, and runs on 24V DC power. Compatible with both stepper and servo systems using differential signals, it supports straight-line and arc interpolation, arc delay, and automatic acceleration. Manual operation modes (continuous/point/distance), soft/hard limit inputs, and XYZ/spindle inverter error alarms enhance usability and safety. Program loading is supported via USB cable or U-disk with fast, reliable read performance. Features include breakpoint resume, power-loss recovery, parameter backup/restore, password protection, and bilingual (English/Chinese) interface — all CE tested.
