Drop Resistant Fermentation Jar PET

Engineered from food-grade PET plastic approved for direct food contact, this jar is designed specifically for safe, long-duration fermentation of acidic and microbiologically active foods like sauerkraut, fermented carrots, soy-based condiments, and fruit vinegars. Available in three standardised capacities — 5L, 7L, and 10L — with precisely measured outer dimensions (S: ~19.5 × 25.7 cm, M: ~21 × 30.7 cm, L: ~22 × 35.7 cm), it serves both everyday home use and semi-commercial batch processing. Transparency enables effortless content recognition and fermentation stage assessment without lid removal. A thick, resilient silicone gasket ensures dependable resealing after each opening, while the ergonomically shaped handle facilitates confident lifting, pouring, and transport — whether indoors or outdoors. Its PET composition delivers exceptional toughness and shock absorption, eliminating glass-like fragility; the uniform cylindrical form supports orderly, space-saving stacking in tight urban kitchens or shared fermentation spaces.
