DPST 2 Pos Waterproof Rocker With Lock

A precision-engineered 2-position, double-pole rocker switch with integral self-locking function and full waterproof protection. Dimensions conform to EN 61058-1 panel cutout standards (22 mm Ø); weight approx. 65 g. Rated 16 A / 250 VAC — verified per IEC 60664-1 clearance and creepage distances. Housing: UL94-V0 polyamide with UV stabilisers; contacts: AgNi90/10 alloy with 0.8 µm gold flash. The seamless EPDM rubber cover bonds chemically to the housing during overmoulding — eliminating seam-line leakage paths. Terminals accept 6.3 mm faston lugs with 0.5–2.5 mm² conductor range. Designed for repeatable performance in CE/UKCA-regulated mobile equipment including inland waterway vessels, gritter trucks, mobile welding rigs and heritage vehicle restorations — where regulatory traceability and mechanical simplicity are prioritised over smart features.
