DM860H 2 Phase Stepper Driver Stable

The DM860H is a dual-phase stepper motor driver engineered for stable, repeatable motion control in demanding applications. Made from aluminium alloy, it features natural convection cooling and robust electrical insulation (≥500MΩ resistance, 500V/min dielectric strength). It operates reliably across 0°C to +50°C and tolerates humidity up to 80% RH (non-condensing). Compatible with any 2-phase or 4-phase hybrid stepper motor rated ≤2.0A, it uses optically isolated inputs to prevent signal corruption. Its 128-level microstepping and 200kHz chopper frequency enable high-resolution positioning and fast response, while the integrated motor noise optimization ensures minimal acoustic disturbance during continuous operation.
