This digital PWM motor controller operates across a broad 5V–30V DC input range and sustains up to 12A continuous current (360W peak). Its power stage integrates two original-spec, low internal resistance MOSFETs with a high-speed preceding driver IC — enabling stable, high-frequency switching, reduced heat generation, and improved efficiency under dynamic loads. Configuration is fully digital: a precision rotary encoder adjusts speed while simultaneously allowing setup of minimum/maximum output bounds (to align with motor startup requirements or LED voltage curves), selectable step resolution (0.1–25), and independent soft-start/soft-stop timing (0.0–9.9 seconds). Onboard push-button and external switch terminals support both manual and system-level control. Enclosed in a black ABS housing conforming to the universal 5135 instrument case standard — including rear cover — it is ready for immediate front-panel mounting in control cabinets, automation stations, or educational labs. Material composition includes ABS plastic and industrial-grade electronic components rated for typical workshop ambient conditions.
