This meter uses the LC resonance principle and features a high-speed microcontroller for precise measurement of small inductance and capacitance. It measures capacitance from 1 pF to 100 mF and inductance from 1 µH to 100 H. It offers high precision and fine resolution for low-value component testing. Flexible online calibration ensures consistent measurement accuracy. Calibration parameters are stored in the microcontroller’s internal flash memory and retained after power-off. Suitable for applications including microwave circuits and switch-mode power supplies.
