This integrated sensor module combines a capacitive polymer humidity element and an energy gap temperature sensor on a single chip alongside a 14-bit A/D converter and serial interface circuit. It supports direct serial communication and operates within a standard voltage window for continuous environmental tracking. 1. Tracks relative humidity across a 0 to 100 percent RH range with plus or minus 4.5 percent accuracy, and captures temperatures between negative 40 and 123.8 degrees Celsius with plus or minus 0.5 degree Celsius accuracy. 2. Operates on a 2.2 to 5.5 volt direct current input and provides ultra-fast response times along with strong anti-interference capability. 3. Constructed from standard printed circuit board material in a blue and black finish for secure placement and visual identification. 4. Integrates into data acquisition units, automated control loops, building ventilation systems, automotive diagnostic lines, electrical metering stations, laboratory test equipment, and pharmaceutical production facilities. 5. Ships containing one electronic sensor module, with no additional wiring or external components included in the packaging.
