Our thermostat controller can be used for heating reptiles, seedling germination, rooting, brewing, heating, fermentation, and more, keeping your various environments within the ideal temperature range. Provide consistent optimal temperatures for specific plants and control the temperature in colder or warmer environments. Simply set the temperature probe, plug in the controller, and use the large digital temperature display on the three-button interface, available in both Fahrenheit and Celsius. The grounded 3-prong plug is 6 feet long and is designed to suit almost any application you can imagine. The temperature control range is 20-42. The rated voltage is 230V / 50Hz. Maximum load: 4.3A 1000W. Do not immerse the controller or probe in water. THER MAT THERMOSTAT INSTALLATION The digital heat mat thermostat allows gardeners to select and maintain optimal rooting temperatures for faster seeding or growth. It is compatible with many other heat mats. 1. Insert the probe approximately 1 root1/2 into the rooting zone. 2. Place the heat mat thermostat away from trays and stray water. DO NOT IMMERSE THE THER MAT THERMOSTAT. 3. Plug the heat mat into the thermostat. 4. Plug the thermostat's power cord into the power source/outlet. The POWER LED will light up. 5. Set the desired maximum temperature for the heating mat. DO NOT IMMERSE THE THERM MAT THERMOSTAT CONTROLLER IN WATER If the probe temperature reaches 108F, the automatic safety shutoff is activated. If you want to use your thermostat to control air temperature, we have included a suction cup so the probe can be mounted outside of the rooting zone. Simply clip the suction cup onto the probe and apply it to the desired area. It may be helpful to moisten the suction cup before sticking it. USING THE CONTROLLER 1. Press the SET button to display the current preset temperature. The thermostat's LED display will show the current temperature when the SET button is not pressed. 2. Press and hold the SET button for three seconds to enter temperature selection mode. Press the (UP) or (DOWN) button to adjust the temperature. Press the SET button again to adjust the selected temperature. The HEATING indicator light will illuminate when the mat is heating. When the indicator light is not illuminated, the mat is not providing heat. The light will automatically turn off when the mat reaches the preset temperature. 3. Press the (Down) button to display the temperature in Celsius. Press the (Up) button to display the temperature in Fahrenheit.
