The full 0–100% duty cycle is adjustable in 1% steps using a digital encoder knob — delivering accurate, non-drifting control unattainable with standard potentiometers. Its power stage integrates two original low-resistance MOSFETs and a matched pre-driver for stable, low-loss operation across voltage and load extremes. Motor soft-start ensures smooth current ramp-up at power-on, eliminating stress-inducing inrush and improving system longevity. Onboard push-button offers direct toggle control, while external switching support accommodates foot switches, wall-mounted buttons, or PLC outputs — all using a simple momentary self-resetting interface. The unit defaults to power-on mode and operates at 20 kHz PWM frequency — balancing efficiency, motor compatibility, and acoustic performance. Standard 5135 front and rear covers are included for rapid, secure panel installation.
