DC Brush Motor Controller With LCD

This multi-function DC motor regulator is compatible with brushed motors powered by DC10–55V sources. It sustains continuous current up to 40A (60A instantaneous) and employs 15 kHz current-regulated speed control for smooth, low-EMI output. Front-panel integration requires a 129 × 81.5 mm aperture, and connections use rugged fence terminal blocks. A backlit LCD shows speed percentage (0–100%), elapsed runtime, forward/reverse status, and selected control mode. Two operational modes are available: manual mode grants direct speed and direction control via tactile buttons; automatic mode performs fully self-contained forward → stop → reverse cycles. All key parameters—including ramp-up/down time (0–10 s), speed floor/ceiling (0–80% / 0–100%), jog increment (1–25%), total runtime limit (1s–99h59m59s), and individual forward/pause/reverse durations in auto mode—are accessible and editable directly on-device.
