Corrosion Resistant Outboard Throttle Switch

Built using a hybrid construction of aluminium alloy and ABS material, this speed regulator delivers mechanical stability and consistent electrical response. Its compact form factor aligns with standard outboard control layouts, and its weight (~320g) ensures secure mounting without adding unnecessary load. The materials are selected for long-term resilience: aluminium provides thermal management and strength, while ABS offers dimensional stability and impact absorption. Corrosion resistance is achieved through surface treatment of metal parts and non-porous plastic sealing—essential for prolonged exposure to damp or coastal air. Specifically developed for Haibo ET54L, ET44L and ET34L electric outboards, it supports direct plug-and-play integration. Suitable for leisure users operating on rivers, lakes, and sheltered coastal areas across the UK and EU.
