Comfort-Optimised Knee Walker Cover

This knee walker pad cover measures approx. 34 x 18 x 12 cm (13.4 x 7.1 x 4.7 inches) and consists of a dense yet responsive memory foam core encased in a tightly knitted black polyester shell. The foam’s open-cell structure allows subtle airflow while maintaining supportive rebound — preventing heat build-up during longer sessions. The integrated elastic band wraps snugly beneath the pad platform, while the reinforced drawstring enables precise tension adjustment at the top edge. Designed for durability and hygiene, the cover detaches cleanly for cold-machine washing and air drying. Compatible with standard-width knee walker pads found on popular UK-sold units such as Drive Medical, KneeRover, and Carex — no trimming or customisation required.
