Made from cold-tolerant plastic with reinforced hinge zones and a corrosion-protected spring housing. Includes factory-wound rope, balanced pulley and ergonomic handle — all pre-assembled and tension-calibrated for Ariens AX254 engines. Confirmed fit for SNO-Tek (920021, 920022, 921024), Compact, Classic and Deluxe snow blowers, plus engine codes 08200424, 08200712 and 08200739. Unit weighs approx. 0.45 kg and installs using existing M6 mounting bolts. Black finish minimises visual contrast against snow blower housings and resists grime accumulation. Designed for straightforward field replacement — no special tools or technical training needed, making it suitable for both DIY users and local garden machinery repair shops.
