CNC-Machined PVC Deburring and Chamfering Tool

A professional-grade, CNC-machined deburring and chamfering tool built for thermoplastic piping systems. Compatible with PVC, CPVC, ABS, PP and PE pipes sized between 0.92 inches and 3.89 inches outer diameter (OD) and 0.75 inches to 3.5 inches inner diameter (ID). The tool’s rigid anodized high-speed steel body and stainless steel shaft ensure mechanical stability and resistance to environmental degradation. It integrates three precision-ground blades with dual cutting profiles to remove burrs from both pipe bore and outer rim in one continuous motion. To operate, insert the 0.315-inch shank into a drill chuck, position the tool flush against the pipe end, and rotate clockwise at low speed while applying light, even pressure — producing clean, tapered edges that improve adhesive bond area and reduce turbulence in fluid flow paths.
