CNC-Cut Acrylic Turntable Mat

A 30 cm (11.81 inches) diameter, 3 mm thick acrylic mat made for standard European turntable platters, weighing approx. 180–200 g. Every unit is cut using CNC-guided tooling and then thermally annealed to remove internal stress — a vital step that prevents sudden cracking or deformation caused by handling, stacking, or ambient humidity changes. Its underside features a fine micro-texture that anchors firmly to glossy, lacquered, or highly polished platters without adhesives or residue; the top surface remains optically flat and scratch-resistant to safeguard record grooves and ensure clean stylus tracking. Compatible with all standard mono and stereo LPs and fits 7 mm centre spindles. Not suited for slipstream or idler-wheel drive turntables where speed control is non-constant. Supplied in recyclable cardboard with biodegradable protective film — meeting UK environmental retail benchmarks.
