Outer layer undergoes full oxidation treatment for enhanced hardness and environmental resistance. Laser engraving adds permanent visual identification. Rubber anti-pattern pads provide stable contact with camera bodies or flash units. Locking is achieved via a coin-tightened vapourised mechanism, ensuring firm hold without over-torquing or tool dependency. Compatible with digital cameras, camcorders, and DV machines that lack a built-in hot shoe socket.
