This miniaturised EV-ER007 embedded barcode scanner module uses a CMOS image sensor and 620 nm red LED for consistent, low-glare scanning. Dimensions: 21 × 15 × 11.5 mm; weight: 3 g. Resolution: 4 mil. Supports TTL serial communication at 3.3 V logic level. Capable of decoding all common 1D symbologies (CODE128, EAN-13, UPC-A, Code39, etc.) and major 2D formats (QR, DataMatrix, PDF417, Aztec). Trigger modes include continuous scan and auto-induction. Feedback provided via built-in LED and buzzer. Operating temperature range: -20°C to +50°C; storage: -40°C to +60°C. Humidity tolerance: 5–95% RH. Power consumption peaks at 1060 mW. Constructed from durable plastic housing. Tested to survive 1.5 m drops onto concrete.
